By working closely with our clients and their contractors, we ensure that the design intent is clearly communicated and that any questions or challenges are addressed promptly. Our focus is on exceeding our clients' expectations and delivering a new living space that reflects their unique style and needs.

Our Process

    1. Gather your design ideas and reach out to us via email or Contact Us Form.

    2. We will reach out to you via email and request more of the details of your goals and vision.

      • Sketches, Drawings, Social Media or Magazine photos are helpful at this stage.

      • Providing photos and measurements of the space (if pre-existing), as well as any documentation on project location, building envelope, and/or property survey will streamline this process.

      • We will setup time to discuss via phone call or video conference the specifics of your vision and ideas for your home project.

      • If you would prefer an in-person consult or if we need to visit your home to gather existing conditions, a $50 non-refundable service fee will be required upon scheduling.

  • Once sufficient information is gathered, we will provide you with a detailed proposal of services via email. Terms, fees, and conditions are valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal.

    Should you accept the proposal, you will need to sign a copy of it and provide the down payment.

  • Upon receipt of the proposal, you will have 30 days to accept.

    • Your home project will be designed based upon our initial discussions and any additional site visits and discussions that take place during the design phase.

    • We will periodically review progress via video conference and/or on-site, as needed.

    • Once a final design is agreed upon, final construction drawings will be created.

    • Upon completion of the final construction drawing package, we will conduct a final review with you.

    • Upon approval of the final drawings, final payment will be due for the completed drawings.

    • Upon receipt of the final payment, electronic files of the drawing package will be sent to your email.

    • Full-size hard-copy blueprints may be provided for an additional fee, if requested.

  • We can provide additional assistance with permit applications and drawings, if requested. Additionally, we can provide on-going support between our clients and their local building contractor.
